Search Benton County Court Records Online
The main online access point for Benton County court records is Minnesota Court Records Online, often called MCRO. It is a Minnesota Judicial Branch system for public District Court case information and public documents. Benton County does not have a separate county court, justice court, or municipal court record system in the research materials. MCRO replaced Minnesota Public Access Remote in April 2023. The FAQ says users do not need to register at this time, MCRO works on mobile devices, and sessions reset after a period of inactivity. Public Access to Benton County Court Records

The research notes that public documents in public Civil Commitment, Domestic Abuse, Harassment, delinquency felony 16+, and CHIPS cases are not accessible through MCRO. Family case documents are also limited to specific court-prepared categories.

Restricted Benton County Court Records
